Lately, all of my poetry ideas have involved cosmology or quantum mechanics. There is a terrible beauty to understanding how the universe works. While I’m not a scientist, I do believe poets can also get at the edges of the secret truths of the universe through study and experimentation. I’m not sure I’ve found anything yet—but I’m enjoying the process of seeking.
Today is the official launch day for Haiku Pop. But, since that’s already old news for you, I thought I’d share one of quantum poetry experiments. I’ve had versions of this poetry comic floating around for about 18 months now.
But this is the finished version, the one that’s going in my still-untitled book in September.

Personal Update
I can’t believe summer is almost gone. I’m trying to make the most of it by enjoying time with my family and making as many cool things as I can. I’m continuing to learn new ways to deal with my anxiety and depression, but these conditions sometimes seem to adapt to every adjustment I make before I’m even done adjusting.
It’s like playing chess with a psychic who is also a grandmaster while I’m just a novice.
Some days my poetry comics are all that keeps me present. I appreciate all of your support for my crazy projects!
Look for some new haiku comics on Tuesday.
Be the weird you want to see in the world!
Thanks,
Jason
