Hello, Voyagers!
came every summer
from a distant galaxy
just to enjoy s’mores
The official first day of summer is still five days away. However, my kids are done with school, the weather is hot, and I’m ready for a break—for me, it’s summer.
One of our summer traditions is to make s’mores. Instead of chocolate bars, we use Reese's peanut butter cups, and marshmallows are optional.
Haiku Prompt
Write a haiku or series of haiku about what summer means to you. Feel free to use either the 5-7-5 or free verse formats.
Be the weird you want to see in the world!
Cheers,
Jason
