Greetings Mortals!
I’ve been thinking a lot about time recently.
our time washed away
like child’s sidewalk chalk picture
in a spring rainstorm
We all live in a fantasy world where time is constant. A second today is the same as a second tomorrow and identical to a second from yesterday in duration.
However, we all know this is a lie.
Time is fluid. Some seconds, minutes, and years are longer than others. You may be tempted to argue that time is constant; it is only our perception of time that is fluid.
But what is time if not our perception? Time doesn’t exist at the quantum level. Time is an irrelevant variable in the cosmic equations that explain the workings of our universe.
Time is simply a marker of entropy. We are all headed from order to chaos, some more rapidly than others.
Be the weird you want to see in the world!
Cheers,
Jason
Deep for a Monday morning. 🥰
When one is in the final 1/3 of their life, perspectives sure change, as well as one's thoughts about time.
Enjoy each moment, and be present in every moment.
