Hello Voyagers!

Sometimes we only have our memory of the stars to guide us.

thick, black clouds block me
from seeing the singing stars
a long silent night

We must always look up at the stars because one day they will be hidden from our view, and we will need to remember that they are still there, singing their hymns for us. In the end, it is the memory of the stars and their songs that give us hope.

I love this one Jason, because I have had tinnitus for the last 10 years. I used hypnosis to reframe the ringing in my ears to be the "singing of the stars." I'm trained in hypnosis as a therapist, and this tool has helped me Embrace and allow the tinnitus to be a part of my life, and even, when it's particularly loud and I notice it, feel a little sense of happiness that I get to hear the stars singing. 😊
