I hope you’re ready for a mid-week escape! Today the comics all focus on different types of journeys.
This week’s post is sponsored by my first full-length graphic novel! It’s called Quantum Joy Infinite Melancholy. I’m officially launching it on Friday, but it’s available right now if you want a copy. You can buy it in ebook, paperback, or hardback format.
This book is a collection of three short stories that explore what it’s like to try and find joy when you’re trapped far from home. Paid subscribers got a free ebook copy two weeks ago.

Make Cool Stuff
This past week I caught a nasty virus. Fortunately, it wasn’t COVID. But, it was enough to knock me off my routine for a bit.
While I was recovering, I began to spiral about the direction I should take my creative career. Nothing seemed right, and I was on my way to blocking myself altogether.
Then I stumbled across a podcast called Creative Pep Talk. The name seemed ridiculously on point. I scanned the episodes, and the title of the most recent episode struck a chord, How to Make Deeply Powerful Creative Work.
The host Andy J. Pizza is funny, awkward, and not a guru. This episode got me out of my funk and challenged me to see my work in a new way.
If you are interested in how creativity works or how to be more creative, check out the Creative Pep Talk.

Loved the elephants and octopodes. The latter feature prominently in my current Audible read, Adrian Tchaikovsky's "Children of Ruin," a sequel to his "Children of Time."
