This was wonderful, Jason. I especially was touched by the point made about seeing our parents in others. A glance, a particular smile or intonation, a turn of phrase. How often have I been caught off guard and returned to a moment with family members who are no longer here? Enough years have passed that it always brings a warmth to my heart and a smile to my lips.

This was excellent! I too am surrounded by the ghosts of parents and relatives and I find that hearing their words, wisdom and experiences filter into my thoughts helps to offer a small bit of stability to this chaotic world.

This was such a joy to watch, Jason! Great work! My son sometimes makes this funny face with his tongue sticking out and eyes widening. Every time this happens I think of my grandma because it’s identical to a face she used to make. I can’t help but think she is there laughing and sharing the same space with us.
