Hello, Old & New Friends!

Today I have a graphic essay that feels, to me, like a companion to the one I wrote at the beginning of the month, I Will Not Persuade You. In my mind, and on my hard drive, I have filed both of these in a folder called, The Book of Big Feelings. I’m not sure if anything will come of these, but I enjoy making them.

This one is loosely structured after the Japanese literary tradition called haibun. This form combines prose and haiku.
