Oh, this is really intriguing. Colour in poetry. What I notice is that in only 1 of the 3 poems you actually mention the colour. So, in the other two, there's a room for the reader to imagine the colour if the visuals are not available at the time of 'reading'.

Lots of thoughts running through my head now.

Great writing, and great idea.

This was interesting because I think when we write we paint a picture with words. I can’t remember it exactly but I remember reading somewhere about how after a few lines, words have become images which makes colors so important. I still haven’t written a haiku but I’m really enjoying your perspectives!
