Awesome best of group here, as a relative newcomer this is a great sampling. Good to take the Fridays off, it also models what we should all be able to do, and the more of this work life balance is done, the more employers will be pressured to allow it, too. A better world is possible.
Two techniques I think are fantastic that I've been noticing a little more lately... When you have a figure break out from within the boundaries of a specific frame, like a hot air balloon today. And also when the entire comic is one image just broken up by the grid lines. You don't use either overmuch so they're striking when I see them.
Love them all, but especially the last one, and the line "hope searches for me." I've spent a lot of time searching out hope, and the idea of it reciprocating really resonates. Enjoy the three day weekends!

Rest is so important, and it’s perhaps equally important to continually adjust/tweak our process as needed. As you probably remember I used to write two stories weekly, but switching to once a week has helped me out in more ways than one.
Thanks! Maybe it's age, but for the first time in my life I have this sense that this (Weirdo Poetry) is something too important to risk burning myself out on. I'm looking forward to having more time to improve the quality of my offerings.
