Great stuff, Jason. Hey BTW have you watched any of that "Shogun" show? There's tons of haikus being thrown around in it. Granted most are in Japanese, but still, there's some good ones.
Wow Jason! These are awesome. Itโs such a beautiful combination and the drawings are wonderful. Sorry Iโve been out of touch for a while, but Iโm trying to catch up. This was an absolute pleasure!
Loved these, Jason, especially the dragonflies and the dog. It matches with the poem I posted today. Wild and domestic are always interacting in various ways, mostly for drama. I liked how the moss grows over the asphalt -- another form of soil to latch on to. I find it fascinating how our structures provide wild things to build their homes: vines climbing buildings, corals et al building reefs on oil derricks, falcons and pigeons building nests on windowsills. There's always a nook somewhere to take shelter.
These are SO good, thank you Jason ๐
On my calendar.

I love them all but especially the dragon fly and boat one. ๐
These are sooo beautiful!!
Love the colors and the mystery of the final line. Makes me want to sit there with it, unsolved.
I enjoyed all of these haiku very much!

I love that top imageโ the sunset. That could be a contemporary painting.
