I'm thinking of a time when I tried an active imagination exercise and a dragon figure showed up. It was a pivot point in my life. Thanks, Jason! Your daily posts always make me think.
That’s always my favorite moment of any cave tour--when they turn off the lights and you can’t see anything but dense blackness. It’s strangely invigorating.
Or stay and see what shows up
I guess it depends on the depth of the darkness. Sometimes I already know what's there. lol

Jason, you are a light!
Thank you, Ann!
You reminded me of my family’s visit to Mammoth Cave. With the light off I could “feel” the dark. It was disorienting!

I think I’ve only been in two cave tours in my entire life. Now I want to try it again!!!
😁
Yes-- do it! Each one I’ve done has been so unique-- a hidden world all its own.
It’s such an intense darkness!
