Loss sucks. I'm sorry you're experiencing it. One thing that helped me when I lost my adopted Mom last year was to, over a number of days, make a list of everything I had learned from her, things I admired about her...etc. Just remembering and writing helped... If you'd welcome a digital hug please accept one from me.
Thank you. I always welcome digital hugs. Writing and creating are the only ways I know how to get through pretty much anything. I love your idea of making that list!
Good! Here are more digital hugs here for you today too. Please keep any digital hugs not used today for use on another day. And I'm the same way - writing and creating are the only ways I know how to deal with stuff of life too. List making is good for both immediate consolations and the list is a resource for future writing/creating when things are calmer...and just knowing that helped me get through grief too.
May this be a time of gentleness and reminders of moments of love shared with your family. Go easy, friend.
Thank you
I’m sorry for your loss, Jason.

Thank you. I am fortunate for having known him.
Deepest condolences to you and your wife's family.
I appreciate that. Life really does push us all to the limits in one way or another.
Sorry to hear. Take care during this time.
