I have just journaling about this recently, because I tend to thinking I have so much still, silent, nothing time… but then, well I tend to always be looking to fill it with something, even meditation can be a way of filling time that you could just actually sit still and silent and do nothing. So here’s to nothing!! 🥂

It's hard to turn off the sense that we need to be doing something. Instead of remembering that just existing is enough, we are enough.
