I'm trying to blend it in with my posting on Substack. I have my posts set to go online at 11.am on a Sunday, and I normally do the final edit early on Sunday morning. If I can avoid all screens (other than the TV) for the rest of the day, then it saves me from getting compulsive about checking for reads and replies. Ant then when I do check - its a bit of a treat.
